Hearts in Motion HOU is a vibrant Houston-based dance collective founded by choreographer and seasoned teaching artist Loren Holmes. Driven by a deep commitment to community, creativity, and accessibility, the company blends artistry with outreach through dynamic performance opportunities, original choreography, technique training, and engaging workshops and events.

At the heart of its mission is a dedication to fostering expression and empowerment through movement. Hearts in Motion HOU provides impactful dance and wellness programming in schools and youth centers, integrating mindfulness, creative expression, and physical activity to nurture the whole child.

The collective is also widely recognized for curating "All the Feels", Houston’s first open-style dance jam—a welcoming, inclusive space for dancers of all backgrounds to share, explore, and celebrate their craft.
