Isaac Barron was born and raised in the inner city of Houston, Texas and discovered a love for dance as a young boy. He started breaking in high school and soon found himself competing at events across the city. Upon graduating from Spring Woods High School, Isaac was recruited by Fly Dance Company, a professional contemporary dance troupe with which he toured extensively across the United States and abroad. His accomplishments range from a residency at the prestigious John F. Kennedy Center For The Performing Arts in Washington, D.C. to a cultural exchange with the natives of Fairbanks, Alaska. He has also had three residencies with the Uppercut Dans Theater in Copenhagen, Denmark and toured with Havikoro, one of the world's most recognized and influential bboy crews. Isaac has had the opportunity to share his talents and natural ability for teaching with students in countries like Mexico, Croatia, Ukraine, Turkey and Kyrgyzstan just to name a few. Currently, he is a teaching artist on the roster of Young Audiences of Houston and in the past has worked with several chapters of the arts education organization including New Jersey, Maryland, Virginia, New Orleans, Dallas and East Texas.
